The first call is free and usually short. Tell us the situation and we will tell you honestly what is required, who should do it, and roughly what it will cost.

Meetings by appointment. We are equally happy on a video call — most engagements run start to finish without anyone needing to travel.
Before you write
Five lines that save a week.
Include these in your first email and we can usually come back with scope and a fee straight away, rather than with more questions.
- What the work is for — a transaction, tax, reporting, a dispute, a board decision
- Who will need to read or rely on the output
- The valuation or reporting date, if one already applies
- Roughly what the business does and its size
- Any deadline you are working towards
How we start
A low-risk pilot.
If it turns into an ongoing arrangement, that decision is made on real output rather than on a proposal.
Scope
One bounded workstream — a valuation, a due diligence engagement, or a four-to-six week capacity trial.
Duration
Four to eight weeks — enough to produce one complete, client-ready deliverable.
Team
A senior lead plus a small delivery team, sized to the pilot scope.
Outcome
A concrete basis for a dedicated-capacity or hybrid arrangement, informed by real output.

We work across time zones regularly and are happy to schedule calls well outside Melbourne business hours. Mention your location and preferred window in your first email and we will work around it.
